Where are the Coast locations?
Coast has 17 strategically located distribution centers in North
America. Customer orders are generally shipped the same day they are
received. With a next day ground service coverage area of greater than
80%, the vast majority of our customers receive next day delivery of
their orders.

How do I set up a User Name and Password?
Coast Customer Service administers User Names and Passwords for this
system. If you are a dealer who would like to use this site, please
e-mail Coast at customerservice@coastdist.com.
How can I change my Password?
Coast Customer Service is responsible for changing passwords. Please
e-mail Coast at customerservice@coastdist.com.
What if my Password doesn't work?
Passwords are case-sensitive. Please carefully retype your password and
hit submit. If you are still unable to access the site, please e-mail
Coast at customerservice@coastdist.com.

How can I place an order?
Placing your order electronically has never been easier. Once you have
been assigned your User Name and selected a Password (User Name and
Password), you simply login and select the option "Place a New Order."
From there, you construct your order by keying in the Coast item number
and the quantity you would like to order. On the Construct Order screen
you have the options to Place Order, Save Order to Shopping Cart, Cancel
Order. Using the Place Order button transmits the order to Coast. The
Save Order to Shopping Cart does not transmit the order and allows you
to come back at a later time to complete the order.

How can I track my orders?
To track previous orders click on the Review Past Orders button.
Previous orders placed with Coast will be displayed beginning with the
most recent order. Each order is displayed along with three buttons
beside it. Each button represents a different function: "I" displays the
Invoice detail; "S" displays carrier shipping information and "C"
displays the order comments.
How can I contact a Coast sales
representative?
The best way to reach one of our sales representatives is by voice mail.
To contact your representative call 1-800-538-7973. If you know your
sales representative's extension you may dial it directly, or, press 0
and have the operator transfer your call.
